Every plan includes the core system — point of sale, inventory, purchasing, accounting and reports. What you're choosing is how many users, branches and warehouses you need, plus whether your plan includes the Online Store and Delivery modules.

  • No setup fee, and no per-transaction charge.
  • Longer subscription periods cost less per month.
  • If a subscription lapses you keep read-only access for three days, then sign-in is blocked until you renew. Your data is not deleted.

How do I pay?

By K-Net, online, as the last step of creating your store. Renewals are paid the same way, from the Renew page.

What does the free trial include?

Three days on our entry plan, with its users, branches and warehouses, and no payment or card. Tick the sample-data box when you sign up and the store opens with products and sales already in it, so there's something to explore from the first minute. To carry on after the trial, renew from the Renew page using your store's address.

How does renewing work?

Open the Renew page and enter your store's address. A code is sent by WhatsApp to the number on the account; enter it, choose a plan and a period, and pay by K-Net. You don't need to sign in. Renew before your current period ends and the new months are added after it, so no days are lost.

Can I change plans?

Yes, when you renew. Pick a different plan on the Renew page and its limits on users, branches and warehouses apply as soon as the payment is confirmed.

How do discount codes work?

Enter the code before you pay. A code is worth a number of free months, and their value comes off the price of the period you're buying, at the plan's monthly rate.

Will I be reminded before my subscription ends?

Yes. A paid subscription shows a notice inside the system during its last seven days, so whoever runs the store sees it coming.
